Arbrook Cares provides counseling, support, and education for existing homeowners including Reverse Mortgage (HECM) loans, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure Counseling & Credit Counseling. Our Homebuying Counseling services are offered in English and Spanish and are free of charge to anyone interested in homeownership. This aims to educate the community on aspects of homeownership that involve the preparation and purchasing process, as well as the topics of credit, debt, and budgeting. Furthermore, the program intends to prevent foreclosure by meeting clients where they are, at any stage of the situation.

• First-Time Homebuyer Education Workshop (group setting): Upon completion of the workshop, all participants will receive a certificate that can be used to fulfill requirements for a down payment assistance program, lender, realtor, etc. 
• Pre and Post-Purchase Counseling (individual setting)
• Foreclosure prevention (individual setting)
• Mortgage Delinquency and Default Resolution counseling (individual setting)
• Rental Counseling (individual setting)
• Work on a budget for housing affordability
